Group guided relaxation class


These 60 minute guided relaxation sessions are designed to help in the following areas
  • Reduce stress/anxiety
  • Feel calmer
  • Switch off
  • Sleep better
  • Feel more positive
‚ÄčIf you could do with an undisturbed peaceful destress then this session is for you!

When and where:

Classes are held on Mondays, 7-8pm in my comfortable home in Eton Road, Orpington. 

What we will do:

We will start with a pre-talk about hypnosis, it’s benefits and it’s effects on the mind and body. We will then have a short discussion on that weeks theme before you settle down to enjoy the wonderful calming experience of guided relaxation.

What to bring:

As you are likely to be lying on the floor to experience a lovely long relaxation/hypnosis session you should wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket or even an air bed or bean bag! Anything that will help you feel really comfortable and cosy so you can relax more easily. Contact me if you need to borrow a yoga mat as I have some spares.

What to pay:

Each session costs £7, or you can book a series of 6 sessions for £40. Payment can be made in advance or cash on the day but you will need to book in advance as places are limited.
